What happens when my child presses SOS?

Every parent and co-parent on the account gets an instant alert that can't be missed. It is designed for real moments — missed pick-ups, scary situations — not for everyday noise.

Yes — on every plan, forever. Some things shouldn't be tiered: the panic button, tamper alerts and security features are never paywalled. That's a brand decision, not an intro offer.

What counts as a tamper alert?

Attempts to weaken protection: trying to disable or uninstall Wardenly Kids, or a device that suddenly goes quiet. You get notified on any plan.

Can I choose which alerts I get?

Yes. Notification preferences are per parent on every plan — critical alerts (SOS, tamper) always come through; the everyday feed is yours to tune.

Do I need a paid plan for alerts?

Critical alerts — SOS and tamper — are free for everyone. The full chronological feed (blocked sites and categories, arrivals and departures, and the moments that need you) is part of Essential and Pro.

Wardenly's SOS button gives your child a way to raise you instantly from their Android — free on every plan, forever. Around it, tamper alerts warn you when protection is weakened, and a full alerts feed keeps the everyday stuff — blocked sites, geofence crossings, time requests — calm and in one place.

Alerts should mean something. Wardenly keeps the critical ones — SOS and tamper — free, loud and dependable, and files the everyday ones into a feed you check over coffee, not panic over at noon.
